Michelle Bernstein has come a long way. Starting as a ballerina in New York, her dancing career was cut short by injury, side-stepping to become a classically trained chef. She found fame after setting up ‘Azul’ at the Mandarin Oriental, then ‘Michy’s’, along with her own line of cosy bakery-cafes, ‘Crumb on Parchment’. She expertly blends Latin flavours into incredible dishes, infused with emotion and soul.
