When you get your Lexus serviced by a Lexus Authorized repairer you get a 12-month warranty on your vehicle.
All Commercial and Passenger vehicles that are less than 10 year old or under 185,000KM that were produced for the European/UK market are eligible.
Yes, you do not have to previously serviced your vehicle with a Lexus Authorised repairer.
Yes, you do not have to previously purchased the vehicle from a Lexus dealer.
Yes, every time you service the warranty is renewed.
Yes, as long as they are less than 10 years old or under 185,000km.
Return for service on time, most Lexus' have a 15,000KM or one-year service interval. Once you return for service before your service is due, we will renew the Lexus Relax Warranty.

When you choose Lexus to service your vehicle, you’ll get expert technicians, who only use genuine parts. And we’ll reward your loyalty with a 12-month Lexus Relax warranty. When your next service is due, if you return to a Lexus Dealer or Authorised Repairer another 12-month Lexus Relax warranty will be activated for your vehicle. You can keep coming back for service up until the vehicle’s 10th birthday or until it has completed 185,000 kms and can continue to benefit from Lexus Relax.

DRIVE CAREFREE
All eligible Lexus models coming in for a periodic service automatically receive a Lexus Relax extra warranty.
Eligible Criteria:
- Your car must be over 2 years old or above 85,000km.
- The remaining manufacturer's warranty must be less than 1 year or less than 15,000km.
- Vehicle is less than 10 years old and below 185,000km.
- Vehicle was originally manufactured for supply to a European market
WARRANTY DURATION
With Lexus Relax, your extra warranty will be valid from the date of your service until your next service is due—usually 12 months or 15,000 km—whichever comes first. For more information, ask your retailer or refer to your car manual for recommended service intervals.
